1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use and Membership Terms ("Terms") apply when you access the 4SomeFun website, purchase or participate in a 4SomeFun membership, use our educational or coaching services, participate in a hosted experience, or use another service that incorporates these Terms.

By using a covered service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Additional written terms presented at checkout, in a membership agreement, trip schedule, Guarantee page, or service-specific agreement also apply to the applicable service.

2. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase or participate in 4SomeFun services.

Dating and social coaching is solely for lawful, consensual interactions among adults.

3. What 4SomeFun Provides

4SomeFun may provide business education, business-model evaluation, marketing and operational frameworks, coaching, hiring and delegation guidance, remote-management training, relocation information, Philippines lifestyle orientation, social and dating coaching, hosted experiences, and related educational resources.

4. Educational Information — Not Professional Advice

4SomeFun provides educational information and personal experience. Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, we are not acting as your attorney, accountant, CPA, financial adviser, investment adviser, immigration adviser, medical professional, travel agent, real-estate broker, or other licensed professional.

Information about visas, marriage, real estate, banking, taxes, business structures, travel, healthcare, or similar subjects is general educational information. You should verify important decisions with the appropriate qualified professional or official source.

5. Business Risk and Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that you will make money.

Starting, acquiring, or operating a business involves risk. You may earn money, earn nothing, or lose money. Your results depend on factors including your market, competition, pricing, customer demand, sales ability, marketing, execution, management, employees and contractors, economic conditions, available capital, taxes, regulation, judgment, consistency, work ethic, and circumstances outside anyone's control.

Examples, projections, targets, case studies, hypothetical scenarios, or discussions of potential revenue or income are not promises that you will achieve the same result.

The program's stated goal of developing approximately $3,000 per month in net business income is a target, not a guaranteed earnings claim.

6. The 36-Month Guarantee

The 4SomeFun 36-Month Guarantee is governed by the complete terms published on our 36-Month Guarantee page, which is incorporated into these Terms for members seeking that benefit.

Completing the required 36 monthly payments does not guarantee that your business will earn $3,000 per month. Instead, qualifying members whose average Guarantee Net Income is independently verified by a CPA as below the published threshold may qualify for the 30-Day Hosted Philippines Lifestyle Experience, subject to the complete Guarantee requirements.

The hosted experience has a stated retail value of $7,000 and is not automatically exchangeable for a $7,000 cash payment.

7. Membership Billing

The website currently describes the core membership at $197 per month. The price and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase control your transaction.

Unless a checkout or written membership agreement expressly states otherwise, charges apply only for the applicable membership or service and do not automatically include optional travel, airfare, upgrades, third-party services, advertising expenditures, business startup costs, equipment, or other expenses.

The 36-Month Guarantee requires completion of all 36 required membership payments as described on the Guarantee page. If a member cancels before making all 36 required payments, the member has not completed that payment requirement and therefore has not qualified for the 36-Month Guarantee.

8. Membership Pauses, Missed Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

You may request to pause your membership payments for any reason. You may use a membership payment pause only once during your membership, and the approved pause may not exceed four months.

You must request the pause before the payment you want to pause becomes due. A payment that is already due or missed does not automatically become a membership pause and cannot be retroactively converted into an approved pause.

An approved pause does not eliminate, forgive, or reduce any required membership payments. It temporarily suspends the payment schedule and extends your membership timeline by the approved pause period. For example, a member who uses the full four-month pause may take up to 40 calendar months to complete the 36 required monthly membership payments.

To qualify for the 36-Month Guarantee, you must still complete all 36 required monthly membership payments and satisfy the independent CPA review and all other applicable Guarantee requirements.

Membership cancellation procedures, renewal terms, and any refund rights are governed by the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable membership agreement.

Unless expressly stated in a written offer, the 36-Month Guarantee should not be interpreted as a general cash-refund promise. Its benefit is the qualifying hosted experience described on the Guarantee page.

Cancellation does not erase charges already lawfully incurred before the cancellation becomes effective.

9. Optional Year 2 or Other Immersion Trips

The recommended Philippines immersion discussed in the roadmap is an optional experience and, unless expressly included in a specific written offer, is not included in the standard $197 monthly training membership.

Optional trips may have separate pricing, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules, and travel requirements. Do not book non-refundable travel based solely on general website estimates.

The optional paid immersion should not be confused with the separate hosted experience that may become available to a qualifying member under the 36-Month Guarantee.

10. Travel Estimates and Trip Inclusions

Any quoted or estimated trip cost may change because airfare, lodging, exchange rates, transportation, meals, taxes, and other travel costs change over time.

Only items expressly identified as included in the written booking or redemption materials are included. Seat upgrades, additional baggage, personal purchases, optional activities, entertainment, gifts, medical expenses, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

11. Passports, Visas, Immigration, and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and satisfying applicable entry, immigration, customs, health, airline, and governmental requirements.

4SomeFun may provide links, observations, and practical relocation information, but immigration and visa rules can change and should be verified with official sources or qualified professionals.

12. Dating and Social Coaching

4SomeFun dating and social coaching is based on lawful adult interactions, honesty, communication, personal boundaries, respect, and mutual consent.

We do not guarantee that you will meet a particular person, obtain dates, form a relationship, marry, have sexual experiences, or achieve any specific social or romantic outcome.

You are solely responsible for your behavior, communications, choices, personal safety, sexual-health decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.

13. Member Conduct

You agree not to use 4SomeFun services to facilitate fraud, violence, harassment, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual sexual conduct, unlawful financial activity, or other illegal activity.

We may restrict or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary to protect participants, staff, providers, the public, or the integrity of the program.

14. Your Business Decisions Are Yours

You decide which business to pursue, what prices to charge, how much money to spend, whom to hire, whether to use contractors or employees, what advertising to purchase, and whether to implement any particular strategy.

You are responsible for obtaining licenses, permits, insurance, tax registrations, professional advice, contracts, and other requirements applicable to your business.

15. Third-Party Products and Services

We may discuss, link to, recommend, or coordinate third-party products and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third parties are independent from 4SomeFun and control their own products, pricing, terms, availability, performance, and privacy practices.

16. Intellectual Property

4SomeFun training materials, written content, graphics, program frameworks, videos, downloads, branding, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your membership provides a personal, limited right to use program materials for your own lawful participation. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, share access credentials, create unauthorized derivative training products, or commercially exploit protected program materials without written permission.

17. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the 4SomeFun Privacy Policy.

Guarantee-related tax returns and sensitive financial documentation should be provided through the process designated for the independent CPA review rather than sent casually through ordinary website forms.

18. Availability and Changes

We may update website content, training materials, schedules, vendors, delivery methods, or program components as reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an already purchased service remain subject to any specific written agreement applicable to that purchase.

19. No Warranty of Particular Results

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general educational content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every strategy, business model, resource, destination, vendor, social approach, or recommendation will be appropriate or successful for every person.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4SomeFun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or educational services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or decisions made based on general educational information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Force Majeure and Travel Disruption

4SomeFun is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, public-health emergencies, labor disruptions, utility failures, or major vendor outages.

Where appropriate, a hosted experience affected by such an event may be rescheduled rather than treated as forfeited.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with the applicable updated date.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or formal dispute-resolution provision should be stated in the membership agreement accepted at checkout and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use.

Until such a provision is formally adopted, this public page does not attempt to create an undisclosed arbitration requirement or venue restriction.

24. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
